We have developed a friendly, supportive office culture that promotes professional development and builds strong citizens. Our staff is encouraged to grow in their professional careers. Each team member is given opportunities to take on increasing project responsibilities and mature as a design professional. We take an active role in developing our community to enhance the quality of life of our city.

It is also important to build strong families and to have fun in what we do. The firm is structured to allow our staff to be involved in important family events during work hours. We will not design good buildings at the expense of our families and loved ones. We also have a lot of fun in what we do. Periodically, we will have an office retreat to spend time together outside of a work environment and to "vision" the firm. The accomplishment of producing good architecture is much more enjoyable when created in a family-friendly culture of professional development, citizenship, and having fun.
